Great for use with baby birds and feather pickers
Please note that spray millet is a TREAT - should not be the main part of your bird's diet. Although millet is nutritious, a varied diet is still very important. For smaller birds, like finches, canaries and budgies you can cut spray millet into smaller pieces to control how much they eat, to avoid they do not eat the regular diet.
Also ideal to use as a training tool! Using millet as reward, is a great way of speeding up hand / finger-training for your pet bird. also for getting them out of the cage the first times and more important, back in the cage.
It also helps, on the bird's early free-flight adventures, to have a spray of millet fixed inside the cage as a point-of-interest to get the bird to say near and willingly go back in the cage.
